The wrench head features a 12-point box end that allows for fine indexing, which significantly improves speed and access, and is versatile enough to fit 4, 6, and 12 point fasteners. It incorporates the Proto® TorquePlus™ Design, a high-performance drive configuration that engages with the fastener flats, not the corners, to ensure quick and easy wrench engagement, reduce the risk of scoring, and help prevent fastener rounding. For superior obstacle clearance, the box end is indexed to 7.5 degree, allowing the user to flip the wrench over to continue turning the fastener. The box end is also countersunk on both sides for easy application to the fastener
